Aerial Work Platform Operator & Inspector training session

This course is designed to cover Aerial Work Platform Inspector with emphasis on operator safety and equipment reliability. The inspector will learn, understand, and demonstrate pre/post use of inspection requirements and methods of safe use and operation skills.

The inspector must learn and understand all OSHA standards and ASME regulation requirements to be considered a competent person. This inspector training has a compliance basis of OSHA standards, ANSI/ASME regulations, specific state laws and Government agency requirements where applicable.

The inspector training course will also cover the different types of aerial lifts, components and inspection terminology of the aerial lifts. Inspection procedures, techniques and checklists that work the correct way when writing an inspection report. The inspector will learn how to recognize immediate and potential hazards and interpret the use of OSHA and ANSI/SIA aerial lift safety standards for every inspection.

This 2-day program has been developed to provide personnel with the proper training. The course involves hands-on training as an integral part of the program.

Each attendee will receive a student workbook, certification and certification card, inspection checklist, and safety manual.
