Academy Training Center is offering First Aid/CPR/AED training to you and your employees. This course will help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. When to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. 

The students will be immerse in an interactive and hands-on environment, so you can be assured you leave with a mastery of lifesaving techniques and the confidence to act when moments matter.


Duration: 5 1/2 hours

Certification: 2-Year American Red Cross Certification

In Person Learning: Led by knowledgeable instructors, our in-person courses combine lecture with hands-on skills sessions. Perfect for those who learn best in a traditional classroom setting, these classes give you ample time to ask questions and to become comfortable with the latest techniques.

First Aid: Designed to help non-medical professionals provide assistance in times of crisis, our courses allow you to gain an understanding of first aid best practices for a wide range of conditions, including:

CPR: Learn to perform CPR using an effective compression-only technique that can be administered by just one person.

AED: Learning how to use an AED properly will take just a few hours – but it can help save a life, and help give someone more time with those they love.

An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It’s a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, medical device that can analyze the heart’s rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock, or defibrillation, to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm.
